Construction of 1 block of four classrooms and two toilets for boys and girls in Malau, Bor Town, Jonglei State, funded by Save the Children International (Value: $120,000, March 2023 - July 2024). This project aimed to enhance the learning environment and promote gender equality in access to education.
Construction of 1 block of four classrooms and three toilets in Doro Primary School, Maban, Upper Nile State (Value: $338,400, January 2025 - July 2025). This initiative addressed the critical shortage of educational facilities in the area.
Construction of 1 block of four classrooms and two toilets in Awul Secondary School, Tonj North, Warrap State, funded by Save the Children International (Value: $235,000, May 2025 - August 2025). Aiming to provide a safe and inclusive space for students, this project fosters community engagement.
Construction of Nine Temporary Learning Spaces in Lafon and Budi Counties of Eastern Equatoria under the GPE Program (MOGEI), in partnership with CARITAS South Sudan (Value: $103,496.08, August 2023). This project was crucial in maintaining educational continuity amidst challenging conditions.

Construction of a perimeter wall for Abyei Civil Hospital in Abyei Administrative Area, funded by IOM (Value: $63,800, November 2024 - January 2025). Enhancing security helps ensure that patients and staff can operate safely.
Construction of two-stance toilets for Save the Children in Abyei Office (Value: $17,300, December 2024). This construction supports better sanitation practices.
Construction of a chain-link fence for Dokura PHCC in Abyei Administrative Area (Value: $12,000, January 2025 - February 2025). Ensuring a safe environment for healthcare services boosts community confidence.
Construction of a two-stance toilet for Islamic Relief South Sudan in Wau, Western Equatoria State (Value: $13,400, November 2024). This facility is crucial for maintaining hygiene standards in the area.
Rehabilitation and Maintenance:
Provision of Workshop and Toilet Tyre Fixing and Car Wash Assessment in Paloch OBC, for Dar Petroleum (Values: $48,700 and $38,400 respectively). This included comprehensive renovations such as installing hand wash and W/C sinks, floor and wall tiling, gypsum board wall panel replacement, ceiling replacement, painting, urinary system installation, and electrical works (sockets, switches, fluorescent lights, doors). Water Management:
Extension of Water Supply to Magwi Youth Centre, Eastern Equatoria State, for UNHCR Juba (Value: $1,882, July 2023). This initiative significantly improves water access for youth activities.
Drainage and Leveling Project at Maper National Teacher Training Institute, an IMF-funded project through the Ministry of General Education and Instructions, involving the opening of water drainage channels to prevent waterlogging. This project is essential to ensure a conducive learning environment.
